Definitions

In these terms and conditions ‘The Seller’ means Tichi’s Tailoring Boutique and the company’s website www.shop.tichis.com The customer means the purchaser of goods from ´The Seller´.

Prices

All prices quoted are in AED (Dirham).  

Payment

Payments must be made in currencies AED only and by one of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, and Cash on Delivery (please note that COD is only applicable for United Arab Emirates customers). Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Delivery

The Seller’s policy is to dispatch goods within 5-7 business days after receiving an order, however this can vary subject to stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays or any other third party causing late delivery. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible. International deliveries are subject to customs clearance.

Delivery on all items on www.shop.tichis.com is free to United Arab Emirates, for other countries please contact us by sending an email on [email protected]

Cash On delivery

Any orders placed under this option will be processed only once confirmed by the customer through email/contact information provided by the customer. If the customer fails to respond within 3 days from the date of purchase, the order will automatically be cancelled.

Customer’s Account

If you use this website you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must ensure that the password is kept confidential. If you believe that your password has become known to anyone else, you must inform us immediately. Tichi’s Tailoring Boutique reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order you will not be charged.

Online Orders

When you place an order to purchase an item from Tichi’s Tailoring Boutique , we will send you a confirmation email containing the details & the receipt of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we dispatch the product to you. Any products on the same order which are not dispatched, do not form part of that contract.

Order Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel any order within 24 hours from the day after confirmation of the purchase. If you cancel an order within this time you must notify us by contacting us either by phone call or email. Cancellations can be emailed to [email protected]. If the order has already been dispatched, the returns procedure is outlined below.

Returned Goods

In order to arrange a return, please log in to your account and complete the returns request. Alternatively you can email our Customer Services team at [email protected] to request a returns authorization number. We will then issue you with a unique returns number (RMA) which you must quote on any accompanying documentation. You will need to package the item securely, in its original condition and include your order number, the returns number and whether a refund or exchange is needed, plus the reason for your return or refund. Once received items will be checked and refunds issued where suitable. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt (for new items) & 7 days (for sale items), unused, in perfect condition and sent back in its original packaging. Carriage for alternative items is to be paid for by The Customer. The Seller accepts no responsibility for lost parcels without a receipt of postage. Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle The Buyer to a full credit/refund. Your Statutory Rights are not affected. Please be aware that postage will not be refunded for items returned as unsuitable.

Shortages & Damages

Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to The Seller within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. Stock availability is shown on the website, however if we have insufficient stock to fulfill the order, we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your registration form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis once your order reaches our main server. The Seller doesn´t guarantee the availability of any item based on stock figures shown.

You may not extract or reutilize part of the contents of the website without the written consent of Tichi’s Tailoring Boutique. Tichi’s Tailoring Boutique grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it except with the written consent of Tichi’s Tailoring Boutique. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another seller. Neither this website nor any part of it may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the consent of Tichi’s Tailoring Boutique.

Any Failures

Tichi’s Tailoring Boutique shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, Act of God or failure to deliver.

General

All offers are subject to stock availability. The Seller takes special care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions, whilst given as a guide, in good faith, are subject to alteration by The Seller without notice. All colors are as near as can be displayed on your computer screens.

Guarantee

All items are guaranteed according to manufacturer´s warranty.

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including a dispute, claim or controversy relating to any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with these Terms) shall be referred to the parties’ respective officers for resolution. If any dispute remains unresolved 21 days after being referred to the officers, it shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be ONE. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Dubai. The language to be used in the arbitration shall be English. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction against any matters relating to IPRs.
